Newly renovated, restacked, and completely modernized, the not-for-profit Phoenix House stands tall as a state-of-the-art center for substance abuse treatment and community support.
Each of the two buildings—five and seven stories tall, respectively—is now outfitted with new bathrooms, upgraded and redistributed electrical and HVAC systems, and most prominently, a medical clinic, residential treatment facilities, and office headquarters.
We took a phased approach to the comprehensive renovation to avoid disrupting treatment or displacing patients throughout the overhaul.
