The Center for Fiction finds a new home in Brooklyn, the literary capital of the world. To live up to its cultural surroundings, the new 18,000-square-foot space combines metalwork inspired by centuries past and lively graphics that nod to the organization’s bright future.
The new building features a ground-floor bookstore for pedestrians coming and going, a 160-seat state-of-the-art auditorium, flexible workspaces, and administrative support areas for inspiration and research.
By prioritizing sustainability and adhering to best practices, our work on the Center for Fiction earned the building the LEED Silver certification, exemplifying leadership in environmental design.
