At the beginning of 2025, ground was broken at 1760 Jerome Avenue, The Bronx for an exiting new out of the ground affordable housing development in conjunction with ACMH and  Urban Architectural Initiatives.  The 14 story, residential building will consist of 175 affordable housing units to be completed in Spring of 2027 for the surrounding community.

The Archstone team celebrated the topping out the new building in October of 2025.
