The School of Visual Arts’ new 505-student dormitory features the full functionality of world-class accommodations and stunning architecture that embodies the creativity and artistry of the institution itself. The out-of-the-ground build included 242 student suites in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, as well as community lounges and exhibit spaces both inside and on the rooftop.

Students will find SVA’s signature branding throughout the building in addition to all new infrastructure that includes vital life safety systems.
