Maple West, located in Midtown Manhattan, underwent a complete renovation of its existing 12 stories as well as new construction for a 13th floor.

The project first required substantial demolition of the existing infrastructure before we began work on the foundation and concrete and steel spread footings. From there, we moved on to the installation of new elevators, bathrooms, plumbing, sprinklers, electric, fire, and life safety systems to create a comfortable, safe living environment for all tenants.
