The Art-Deco tower has been completely recrafted to feature sprawling loft residences with high ceilings, custom details, and the highest standards of construction. Full gut renovation and conversion to the top 22 floors in the iconic Verizon Building into 157 luxury condominiums and 40,000 SF of amenity space including an 82-foot lap pool. A hoist was installed to provide manpower and materials access to floors 11-32 simultaneously while the lower commercial floors remained occupied. New exhaust fans were installed providing service for tenant laundry, bathrooms, and kitchen exhaust.
