Construction has been completed on this groundup project for the Urban Resource Institute in the Bronx. With demolition beginning in 2018, then began the construction of a 12-story building plus cellar, the finished project consists of 62 studio units, a community space and staff offices throughout which will serve as a housing for families in need.
