What started in 1894 as a private boarding school with only 16 boys enrolled is now a thriving educational institution with an all-new facility to support its expanding student population.
The Grace Church School now features an entirely new third floor with additional classroom, performing arts, and laboratory spaces. The 25,000-square-foot project also includes an impressive overbuild for the school’s gymnasium expansion, which required lifting and installing massive steel support pieces by crane.
The entire construction and fit-out process was completed off-hours to avoid impacting the students’ daily schedules, including a new roof that matches the school’s existing exterior and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. This was possible thanks to our meticulous pre-construction phase and ongoing attention to detail.
