Your Right to Privacy

The website and the services used to operate it may also process technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, requested pages or resources, source URL, submission date and time, and other information needed for security, troubleshooting, and website operation.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the website may be used to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests;
- Communicate with you regarding the reason you contacted us;

Contact and Career Forms
Contact and career submissions are transmitted by email through SMTP2GO to the appropriate Archstone recipients. Career submissions are sent to careers@archsb.com and may be copied to designated recruitment personnel, including Kate Galway. Résumés are delivered as email attachments. Temporary website uploads used to process a submission are removed after processing. Removal of a temporary upload does not automatically delete copies held in recipient mailboxes, SMTP2GO systems, backups, or other business records.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website uses necessary storage to support website operation and privacy choices. A privacy preference is stored for 182 days. Optional tracking is currently disabled. The website recognizes Global Privacy Control signals where supported by the site’s consent controls. Visitors may use the Cookie Settings control to manage available preferences. If the website’s technologies change, this Privacy Policy and the related privacy controls should be updated.
Anti-Spam, Diagnostics, and Monitoring
Akismet is installed but is not currently configured for use because no API key is active and form integration is unavailable. A separate saved-form-entry store was not identified in the website configuration reviewed. Email-content and attachment logging is disabled in the current mail plugin; however, older diagnostic records may remain. Historical monitoring session or screenshot records created before recording was disabled may also remain and will be handled under the approved retention and deletion process.
Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, email delivery, functionality, fonts, content delivery, security, backup, monitoring, or technical support. These providers may process technical information or submission information as needed to provide their services. Their processing is governed by applicable agreements and privacy practices.
Disclosure and Sale of Information
Archstone does not sell or rent personal information collected through the website. We may disclose information to service providers that support website operation and recruitment, when required by law, when necessary to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Retention of Personal Information
Contact and business-inquiry records will generally be retained for three (3) years from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Applicant information and résumé submissions for individuals who are not hired will generally be retained for three (3) years from the date of the application or the last recruitment activity. Where an applicant is hired, records that become part of the employee’s personnel record will be retained in accordance with Archstone’s applicable personnel-record retention requirements.
Website diagnostic and historical monitoring records will generally be retained for one (1) year, unless needed for an active security investigation, legal hold, dispute, or other legitimate business or legal requirement.
Copies contained in mailboxes, service-provider systems, or backups may remain until they expire under the applicable system retention and backup schedules.
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal information will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.
Linking to Other Websites
The Archstone website may contain links to websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Archstone. Archstone is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or accuracy of third-party websites. Visitors should review the privacy policies of third-party websites they visit.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your place of residence and applicable privacy law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; obtain information about how it is collected and used; and exercise privacy rights without discriminatory treatment. Requests are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.
Security
Archstone uses commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect personal information. However, no website, electronic storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
The Archstone website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed toward children under 13. Archstone does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Terms of Use
Use of the Archstone website is also subject to the company's Terms of Use.

Archstone may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the website, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
