A full repositioning project to transform this 7-story commercial building in Midtown Manhattan was completed in 2023. The finished product creates a modern and unique NYC headquarters for HAB Bank. A complete renovation of both the building façade and the interior was carried out, and the roof mechanical system was removed and replaced. The double height atrium in the lobby boasts a bright space with feature staircase, mezzanine and intricate ceiling detail. This renovation was an ICAP project.
