Industry City is responsible for the turn-key delivery of approximately 45,000sf for the Studios, Stages, Technical, Production, Talent Support Areas, Classroom,
Offices and Shop / Storage Support Areas for its prospective tenant New York University, Tisch School of the Arts . The space is located in buildings 7 & 8 on the Industry City campus in
Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The core and shell scope includes the removal of columns and raising sections of the roofs to accommodate the required height for the studio
and stages.
