Mercy College’s midtown campus—rebranded as MercyManhattan with the completion of the sprawling renovation and interior fit-out—now spans over 95,000 square feet and includes a brand new 130-bed dormitory and a dedicated 34th Street entrance, plus classrooms, restrooms, and faculty areas.

The 26-week construction process was fast-tracked and expertly facilitated by our team. This included coordinating street closures with the Department of Transportation, and using a crane to lift heavy machinery to the roof and structural steel through 3rd-floor windows. Both of these largescale tasks challenged the anticipated timeline, but neither delayed completion thanks to our careful planning and ongoing project management.

Meanwhile, rough-in for the cafeteria had to be carefully coordinated with various food services vendors and installers for a seamless opening in 2020.
