In a move that doubled the tech giant’s existing real estate, PayPal’s New York headquarters now occupies a high-end, eight-story office building alongside fellow digital wallet app, Venmo. The space boasts impressive amenities in the highly sought-after West Village neighborhood.

Despite the scope of the project, our team was able to complete an accelerated fit-out to accommodate our client’s desired move-in date and lease obligations. This meant coordinating and facilitating the brand-new private lobby, elevators, teleconferencing rooms, and open-seating pantry with the utmost precision and efficiency.

The updated amenities included timeless design elements like custom millwork walls, glass office fronts, a custom light fixture package, and high open ceilings, all contributing to the overall ambience and atmosphere of PayPal’s new East Coast HQ.
